Who to contact
If you’ve got questions about a collection service – rubbish or recyclables – contact your District or Borough Council. They can also tell you where your nearest recycling banks are, and they’ll collect bulky rubbish from your home – though there may be a charge.

The County Council provides Household Waste Recycling Centres, where you can leave bulky items free of charge. Most of these centres also take a range of other materials for recycling.
